Who I AM

Founder of The Locals Fitness, a Columbus-based training company dedicated to helping adults and youth reach their fitness goals through affordable, high-quality coaching. I also lead The Locals Perspective, a nationwide media company rooted in Columbus that delivers professional, competitive creative services, and The Locals Markets, a traveling retail platform supporting small brands across the country. In addition, I partner with a local Ohio print shop to provide custom printing solutions with no limitations.

Beyond business, I’m passionate about giving back. I offer motivational and public speaking engagements, sharing my story of growth from athlete to business owner to inspire others—especially young people from inner-city communities—to chase purpose and create opportunity.
